Cobetter's Consieve TFF cassette is available in two materials: Polyethersulfone (PES) and regenerated cellulose (RC). The PES membrane features a wide range of chemical compatibility, high throughput, low protein adsorption, and high recovery rates. The RC membrane has excellent hydrophilicity, resistance to organic solvents, minimal protein adsorption, and high product yield. The RC membrane excels in anti-fouling properties and is suitable for the concentration of high-concentration formulations. The Consieve TFF cassette is available in two types: lab type and flow type, facilitating process scale-up and meeting the needs of ultrafiltration from lab to process production scale. The Consieve MET precision filtration TFF cassette is commonly used in the clarification process of supernatant after centrifugation of fermentation broths and dissolution liquids. It features high processing capacity, high load capacity, good clarification effect, and easy cleaning. The open channel is suitable for filtration liquids with a certain amount of solids and high viscosity.
